Editing Inventory for Packout Tasks
Searching Through Items:
- Under Main, click on Jobs.
- Choose the specific job you wish to add inventory to, then access the Inventory tab.
- Use the search function at the top of the screen to find the item you want to edit. You can search using the following identifiers:
- Status
- ID
- Box ID
- Description
- Condition
Editing Items:
- Under Main, click on Jobs.
- Choose the specific job you wish to add inventory to, then access the Inventory tab.
- Choose the desired room(s) from the room dropdown menu that have the specific items that need to be edited.
- Select the hyperlinked item description for the item you wish to edit.
- Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
Bulk Editing Items
- Under Main, click on Jobs.
- Choose the specific job you wish to add inventory to, then access the Inventory tab.
- Choose the desired room(s) from the room dropdown menu that have the specific items that need to be edited.
- Click on the checkbox next to all the items you'd like to edit.
- Click on Bulk Edit.
- Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
Deleting Items
- Under Main, click on Jobs.
- Choose the specific job you wish to add inventory to, then access the Inventory tab.
- Choose the desired room(s) from the room dropdown menu that have the specific items that need to be deleted.
- Click on the checkbox next to all the item(s) you'd like to delete.
- Click Delete, then confirm by clicking OK.
