The ContentsTrack mobile app provides essential device details, app settings, and customization options to enhance usability. Here's a quick guide:
Device Information
You can find the following details in the About section:
- Device Name: Identifies your device.
- Instance Association: Displays the XactNet Address linked to your account.
- App Version: Indicates the current app version installed on your device.
How to Access About Section:
- Tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
- Select About from the menu.
Settings
Access app settings to configure features and personalize your experience.
How to Access Settings:
- Tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the menu.
Object Recognition
- Enable object recognition when adding items by checking this option.
Item Inventory
- Default Cat/Sel: Choose a default category/selector for items.
- Remember Box ID: Retains the last-used box ID for subsequent items until a new box ID is entered.
- Enable Description Auto-Suggest: Suggests item descriptions as you type, especially for non-Cat/Sel items.
- Default Item Status: Sets the default status for new items
Comment Suggestions
- Inventory Comment Suggestions: Add words for quick suggestions when users type notes for items. Suggestions appear after typing the first two letters.
- Image Comment Suggestions: Similar functionality for image notes.
Reauthentication
- Require Fingerprint: Ensures users log in using their fingerprint. Only available on the device owner’s account.
- Require PIN: Determines whether a PIN is mandatory for user login.
These settings ensure a tailored and secure experience for mobile users, with options to streamline workflows and safeguard access.
