Pack Back tasks help track the return of items, providing access to job details, room images, and inventory lists.

How to Load a Pack Back Task

Ensure that the Pack Back task has been assigned to your account through ContentsTrack Online.

  1. Log into the ContentsTrack mobile app.
  2. On the jobs page, pull down to refresh the list.
  3. Under the Pack Back section, locate your task.
    • Click on the task and tap Download, or
    • Use the cloud download icon to download the inventory.
  4. Once downloaded, click into the task to begin.

Pack Back tasks include job details and room photos for reference. You can access them by clicking the three-line menu in the top-left corner of the job.

Filtering and Searching for Items

  • Grouping Options: Items can be grouped by room, status, box ID, or return status.
  • Search: Use the search icon to find items or tap the QR code symbol to scan box or item IDs.

Returning Items

Returning Items Individually:

  1. Select Items to Return:
    • Hold on an item to select it, or
    • Tap Select All in the top-right corner after selecting one item.
  2. Click Return to mark the selected items as returned.

Returning All Items:

  1. To return all items for the job, tap the three-line menu in the top-left corner and select Mark All Items Returned.

Removing Pack Back Tasks from Your Mobile Device

To delete a Pack Back job from your mobile device:

  1. Open the main page of the ContentsTrack app.
  2. Locate the job you want to remove.
  3. Press and hold the job, then swipe left until the red trash can icon appears.
  4. Continue swiping until the job is fully removed from the device.
