You can generate and download reports for active jobs directly through the mobile app. Once downloaded, these reports can be shared as needed.

Available Reports

ContentsTrack offers five report types for active jobs:

Customer Report: A comprehensive summary of job information, including rooms, items, and boxes (full inventory). Designed for sharing with customers.

Signed Reports: Displays customer-signed authorizations and reports uploaded to the online system.

Inventory Report: Lists inventory items for a job in a space-efficient format. You can group items by condition code (Total by Condition).

Category Details Report: Summarizes items/boxes by category or selector codes for internal use, often compared with Xactimate.

Images Report: Displays all images for a job, grouped by room. Includes details like image name, taken by, date, comments, and item ID.

Report Filters

Reports can be customized using the following filters and settings:

Layout

  • Company Header: Select a customized company header for the report.
  • Model Statement: Adds a custom statement at the top of the report.
  • Signature Statement: Adds a signature field at the bottom for customers to sign directly on the mobile app.
  • Orientation: Choose portrait or landscape layout.
  • Language: Select the report's display language.

Filters

  • Item Status: Toggle Clean, Replace, Questionable, or Storage items.
  • Condition Code: Filter items by their condition code.
  • Containers: Select items within specific containers.
  • Room: Choose items from specific rooms.

Include Sections

  • Cover Sheet: Displays job information and model statement.
  • Internal Notes: Includes any internal notes.
  • Report Comments: Adds custom comments to the cover sheet.

Report-Specific Options

  • Customer & Images Reports:
    • Job Summary: Shows item and box totals for each room.
    • Room Summary: Displays room details, including items, images, and notes.
    • Item Details (Customer Report): Includes item images and IDs.
  • Inventory Report:
    • Inventory: Lists all items with optional images.
    • Sorting: Organize items by room, condition, or both.
  • Category Details Report:
    • Category Summary: Lists items grouped by category.
  • Images Report:
    • Number of Images: Adjust how many images appear per page.
  • Signed Reports:
    • Report Selection: Choose which signed document or authorization to generate.

Steps to Generate a Report on Mobile

  1. Open the ContentsTrack app.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. Select Reports.
  4. Choose the job for which you want to generate a report.
  5. Pick the desired report type.
  6. Adjust filters and options to customize the report.
  7. Tap the PDF icon in the top-right corner to generate the report.

For Signature Statement Reports:

  1. After generating the report, swipe back to access the Sign Report option.
  2. Allow the customer to sign the report, which will then be uploaded to the job under Signed Reports.
