Editing Inventory for Packout Tasks
Inventory items can only be edited on mobile devices while the packout task is still assigned to the user. Once the task is uploaded to ContentsTrack Web, items can no longer be edited.
Searching for Items
- Log into the ContentsTrack mobile app.
- Open the assigned packout job.
- Navigate to the room where the item is located.
- Tap the spyglass icon to search for items using:
- ID
- Box ID
- Description
Editing Items
- Log into the ContentsTrack mobile app.
- Open the assigned packout job.
- Select the room containing the item to be edited.
- Tap the item you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes and tap the check mark to save.
Bulk Editing Items
- Log into the ContentsTrack mobile app.
- Open the assigned packout job.
- Select the room containing the items to be edited.
- Press and hold on an item until it highlights, then select additional items to include.
- Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.
- Make the necessary changes and tap the check mark to save.
Deleting Items
- Log into the ContentsTrack mobile app.
- Open the assigned packout job.
- Select the room containing the items to be deleted.
- Press and hold on an item until it highlights, then select additional items to delete.
- Tap the trash can icon in the top-right corner.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes in the confirmation message.
