Sometimes it's necessary for policy holders to be more involved in their claim. When this happens, you'll need to use ContentsTrack along with a customer-facing product called ClaimXperience. In this video, we guide you through the customer portal in ContentsTrack to the Personal Property page in ClaimXperience and show you how to invite the policy holder to the project, request information from them on flagged items, and more.
