Managing your Profile Information
How to update your user information:
- In your browser, go to www.xactware.com/xid.
- Enter in your login information.
- This will bring you to the Verisk identity page, here you can update your email, name, phone number, or password.
- Once you have made the updates you want click save.
How to set up 2-Step Verification:
- In your browser, go to www.xactware.com/xid.
- Enter in your login information.
- This will bring you to the Verisk identity page, click ENABLE under 2-Step Verification.
- A pop-up will populate that will direct you to OKTA to enable 2-step verification.
