We know that change can be daunting, so we've put together this article to help you navigate everything you need to know.

Who is affected?

Anyone with access to a ContentsTrack instance.

Where can I access the new site?

The updated ContentsTrack is now available at new.contentstrack.com. The original ContentsTrack will remain at contentstrack.com until June 2025, after which it will be decommissioned, and the updated version will take over the previous URL.

What has changed?

The core functionality remains the same, but there are a few key updates:

  • New access point: ContentsTrack is now at new.contentstrack.com while we transition away from the legacy app.
  • Streamlined tracking: Tracking, Item/Box lookup, and Stations have been consolidated into a single page called "Track."
  • Updated navigation: Some pages may now be organized into tabs instead of appearing on a single page.

When will the new site fully replace the old one?

You can start using the new ContentsTrack today! The legacy site will be available until June 2025, after which the updated version will become the primary platform.

Why now?

The original application runs on an outdated coding language that is becoming difficult to maintain. This update ensures long-term stability and provides an improved user interface.

How will this affect my ContentsTrack instance?

Your data remains unchanged! The update is purely a visual and structural refresh—all your information is intact.

We offer 24/7 support for any issues. If needed, you can temporarily revert to the legacy site while we work on a resolution.
