Edit a user account

Administrators can edit user rights or, if necessary, reset a user’s mobile PIN.

  1. Under Tools, select the Users/Devices tab.
  2. In the Users table, click the Xactware ID hyperlink of the user you want to edit.
  3. Make your changes to the user account.
    You will not be able to make changes to the Xactware ID.
  4. Click .
Clicking Reset Pin sends the user an email with a link to reset their PIN.
